THE COMPANY
The company Zero Waste 5Star was founded in 2022 by Kiki Papaikonomou, who has served as a commercial contract management executive for multinational companies and is a licensed contractor for private sector construction projects, and Dionysios Dimou, Ph.D. in Law, a legal advisor to public and semi-public entities, and a former board member of Greek companies active in financial development consulting and investment services. Our purpose is the research, development, implementation, and commercialization of innovative scientific solutions aimed at protecting the residential environment and natural ecosystems.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
The “Operation and Maintenance” monthly service includes systematic and periodic maintenance and cleaning performed by the company’s certified maintenance technician, ensuring low operating costs, machine longevity, and proper biomass preservation.
Specifically, the service includes:
• Addition of consumable microorganisms (bio enzymes)
• Replacement of the water filter
• Replacement of seals every eighteen (18) months
• Replacement of spray nozzles every six (6) months
• Lubrication or application of grease spray to the drive chain every one (1) month
• Inspection of electrical wiring
• Inspection of operating switches
• Inspection of pipes and connections
• Extension of the machine’s warranty for the entire duration of the “Operation and Maintenance” contract
